Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of General AI, including the AI video subtitle generator, account features, credit purchases, generated tasks, and related services.

By using General AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may need an account to upload videos, generate subtitle exports, purchase credits, or access task history. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, compromised, or in violation of these Terms.

General AI uses one-time credit packs for generation usage. Credits are not a subscription and do not represent stored monetary value outside the General AI service.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, credit purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered to your account.

You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

You grant General AI the limited right to host, process, transmit, and generate outputs from your uploaded content solely to provide the requested subtitle generation and related product features.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to upload your content and generate subtitle outputs.

You may not use General AI to upload, generate, process, store, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, violent, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-violating content.

NSFW content is strictly prohibited. You may not upload, generate, process, store, share, or distribute pornography, explicit sexual content, sexualized nudity, fetish content, erotic content, or any other not-safe-for-work material through General AI.

Content involving sexual exploitation, minors in sexual contexts, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual violence is forbidden and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

You may not attempt to bypass safety controls, overload the service, scrape the platform, reverse engineer private systems, use stolen payment methods, or interfere with other users.

AI subtitle results may contain errors, including transcription mistakes, timing issues, mistranslations, or formatting problems. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication or commercial use.

General AI does not guarantee that generated outputs will be accurate, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for your intended use.

Generated tasks and files are retained for a limited period, currently 7 days. You should download completed outputs promptly.

We may delete task records, uploaded files, or generated outputs after the retention period, after account termination, or when necessary for security, compliance, or abuse prevention.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of General AI at any time. We may also update models, pricing, credit costs, upload limits, file retention periods, or supported formats.

General AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, General AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate access to General AI if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a prohibited way.
