When you use the subtitle generator, we process the video file you upload, selected subtitle settings, generated task records, and output links so we can create and deliver your captioned video.

We use your information to provide AI subtitle generation, maintain your account, process credit purchases, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot failed jobs, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability.

We may use task metadata, such as status, timestamps, selected options, and file names, to display your history and help diagnose generation issues.

Uploaded videos and generated subtitle exports are processed to complete the task you request. Generated tasks and output files are retained for a limited period, currently 7 days, so you can review and download your results.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions required to upload the videos you submit to General AI.

General AI may use trusted service providers for authentication, payment processing, hosting, storage, email, support, and AI generation infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

AI subtitle generation may be routed through third-party model infrastructure to create the requested output.

Payment providers may collect and process billing information. General AI does not store full payment card details on our own servers.

We store credit purchase records, credit balances, and related transaction metadata to keep your account balance accurate and provide support.

We use cookies and local storage for essential product functions, including login sessions, authentication state, workspace preferences, task history, and checkout flows.

You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential storage may prevent parts of General AI from working correctly.
